Their principal, William Crowe, who has 35 years of legal, commercial and real estate experience, is a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii (RB 15415.)
Regent's search department, by establishing various connections, matches missing persons to their entitlement and property to their rightful owners.
Regent has identified property to the value of $__________, that belongs to ________________as owner based on the connection established by their searches.
I,________________________, as "owner", do hereby empower and authorize Regent and William Crowe to claim the money in my name on condition that:
1. Once I have signed this authority and returned it to Regent, Regent sends me a claim form with full particulars of the money to be claimed and my connection to it. That claim form and authority/ power to proceed are signed by me before a notary public. I then return them with the items of proof required to establish the claim.
2. A fee of 15 % of the recovery amount is payable but only if I recover $____________ ( $ _______less the fee $______) for myself.
3. Regent submits the claim, and after processing and verification, receives a check made payable to me. Regent can hold the check until payment of their fee.
