Regent Asset Management, Inc. (RAM) searches the records of hundreds of government, and quasi-government agencies nationwide in search of "lost" assets belonging to individuals, businesses, and other entities.

Your money is generally not earning interest while held by government so the sooner you make a recovery, the sooner you can once again make an investment return.

We ensure that our searches do not invade the privacy of any person by relying on information only freely available from public sources.
The property/ money identified by us will not appear on abandoned property listings from websites such as Foundmoney.com or missingmoney.com that list abandoned property held by many States.

To locate you, RAM's research professionals make use of historical and contemporary public records.
We then call you or write to you letting you know that we have located certain property/ money and we have established a preliminary connection between you and the property/ money.
Your property/ money may have become "lost" because the entity holding your property had an inaccurate mailing address for you.
Or your payment/ notification may have been "lost" due to your name change from marriage or otherwise.

Because your property/ money has remained "lost" for some time, you are unaware of your entitlement.
It is unlikely that you would locate or recover the property/ money without the assistance of a recovery professional since the holder of the property/ money made and makes insufficient effort to return it to you
Even if you know where the property/ money is held, most people do not have the time and/or knowledge of the sometimes complex procedures necessary to claim their property/ money without assistance.

We simplify the process needed to recover your "lost" property/ money and there is no fee unless and until you do recover it.

Fee for Service

The fee is a recognition of firstly your re-introduction by RAM to your "lost" property when it was probably otherwise "lost" to you forever, and secondly the effort of locating you when the holder of the funds has not done so for a significant amount of time.
And thirdly the effort of connecting you to the "lost" property, in other words of establishing proof it belongs to you.
And fourthly, advising re the supporting documents needed to prove title. For all these reasons RAM earns the fee that equates to the tip, 10-17 %, that is given to most services that provide a good result. In situations where a client after receiving our information and acting on it, convinces himself that he could have found the property/ money himself and so rationalizes that a fee is not justified, RAM offers an opportunity to show gratitude by a donation to American Land & Essential Resources Trust (ALERT), a non- profit corporation incorporated in Hawaii.

Privacy Policy

RAM's internal procedures, restricted access even among RAM's employees, protect the privacy and security of personal information including social security or tax identification numbers, addresses, telephone and fax numbers or e-mail addresses.

Personal information is used only for the purpose for which it was collected - to assist in recovery of your property/ money.
RAM does not sell, share, or otherwise disclose any personal information unless legally required to do so by subpoena.
RAM removes personal information from its main database and files, once a recovery is complete.
